Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our online shop, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us right away. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes may not be possible once an order is in progress or has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where does Hickory Farms ship?
A: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Q: How are perishable items shipped?
A: Our perishable products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they stay fresh during transit.
Q: Can I schedule a delivery date?
A: While we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, you can select your preferred shipping option at checkout. For holidays or special occasions, we recommend placing your order early.
Products & Storage
Q: How do I store my items once they arrive?
A: Perishable items should be refrigerated upon arrival. Our fully cooked hams and meats should be enjoyed within 7–10 days, or frozen for up to 6 weeks for longer storage.
Q: How do I heat a Hickory Farms ham?
A: Our hams are fully cooked and can be served chilled or warmed. To heat, wrap in foil and warm in a 275°F oven for about 10 minutes per pound. Avoid overcooking to maintain moisture and flavor.
Q: Do you offer gift options?
A: Absolutely! You can add gift packaging and a personalized message at checkout to make your order extra special.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We're committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Q: Can I return or get a refund?
A: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
